International Men's Day

Kent Constructions celebrated International Men's Day on November 19, 2024, with a sincere tribute to the contributions made by men in our lives and at our workplace. During a small gathering held at our head office, we took a moment to honor the different roles that men fulfill—as fathers, husbands, brothers, sons, and hardworking professionals. These roles are crucial in molding our families, communities, and workplaces.  

We also acknowledged the unique challenges that men often face, including the demands of supporting their families, career ambitions, and societal expectations that can lead to stress, anxiety, and depression. These struggles are frequently neglected or remain unspoken. Today, we celebrated the resilience and strength of all men, recognizing their silent courage in the face of life's challenges. Let’s take a moment to appreciate all the men for their resilience, the pressures they face, and the understated strength they display, despite the challenges of stress, depression, and life’s tensions.
