Job Description:
- Individual performance along with team performance
- Revenue Generation and team handling so he/she should be able to work with people and at the same time, should be very hands-on
- Working in direction for achieving the set targets
- Encourage team for visit and closures
- Individual/ Team targets to be achieved
- Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential clients
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Mandatory experience of minimum 7 years in sales
- Excellence in real estate with a positive attitude and team playing ability
- Establishing an instant rapport with clients
- Good communication and negotiation skills
