Quality Controller Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Quality check of work and Material.
• experience /knowledge in Structuring and Finishing
• Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with project teams to address quality and compliance issues and develop corrective action plans
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of project documentation, including design drawings, material lists, and contractor submittals
• Identify and report issues and risks that could impact project quality or completion timeline
• Conduct site visits to ensure that project work is progressing according to plan and specifications
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project quality and compliance reports
• Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders regarding project quality and compliance issues
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality check procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 3-10 years of experience in technical auditing, quality assurance, or quality control in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry standards related to real estate construction and design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
