We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver construction projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare project schedules and monitor project progress. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage site execution, resource planning, and subcontractor coordination.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.
Monitor project costs and approve bills, material requirements, and work schedules.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and cost control.
Familiarity with MS Project, and Microsoft Office. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of construction contracts and project documentation. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
