Job Description:
- Supervision and Management: Oversee daily plumbing activities, including the installation, testing, and repair of water supply, drainage, and other plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure plumbing work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the plumbing work.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to ensure seamless integration of plumbing work with other trades. Maintain accurate records of all plumbing work including inspections, materials used, and labor hours.
- Monitor the usage of plumbing materials and equipment, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Order necessary supplies and materials to avoid project delays.
- Check the material qty required for work check the material wastage
- Ensure that all plumbing tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in plumbing work or 3 year plumbing work supervision experience
- Additional certification in plumbing safety or similar qualifications is preferred.
- Experience in supervising teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting plumbing plans and blueprints.
