Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal reporting systems.
- Conduct daily and monthly audits of task submissions and adherence reports, and submit findings to Management.
- Identify delays and hindrances in various departments, submit timely reports to the relevant authorities and employees, and follow up to resolve issues promptly.
- Identify errors and discrepancies in processes, documentation, or operations, issue correction slips to ensure compliance and accuracy, and report to Management.
- Compile and submit monthly audit findings to Management.
- Assist in the workflow management of all departments.
- Assist in compiling and reviewing monthly employee performance evaluation reports.
- Create and manage Google Sheets with advanced formulas and automation to enhance data handling and reporting.
- Build interactive dashboards and visual reports to present data clearly and support decision-making.
- Oversee and manage multiple Google Sheets, promptly correcting errors to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in handling similar works
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and task management tools
- Ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and maintain accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Strong communication skills for reporting and coordination
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
