Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with the company's overall mission and goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers.
- Develop and maintain employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws, regulations, and requirements
- Manage employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR systems are up-to-date and functioning properly
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a construction or related industry
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, regulations, and requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
