Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Auditing Assistant with at least one year of experience to support our finance and audit team in conducting internal and external audits. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing practices, and compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, execution, and completion of audits.

Support senior auditors in reviewing financial records and internal controls.

Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and reports.

Identify discrepancies, variances, and areas for improvement in financial data.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in risk assessments and internal control evaluations.

Maintain accurate and confidential audit records.

Coordinate with different departments to gather financial and operational information.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in auditing or accounting.

Strong understanding of auditing standards and accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting/audit software.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with internal audits in construction/real estate/related industries (added advantage).

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
