Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 6+ years of expertise to lead our digital strategy, drive high-quality lead generation, and strengthen brand positioning. The role requires strong leadership, performance marketing skills, and deep understanding of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, etc.)
- Drive high-quality lead generation and improve conversion rates across all channels
- Own and optimize the complete digital funnel (awareness to conversion)
- Lead SEO strategy to enhance organic traffic and search rankings
- Manage and scale social media presence with premium, brand-focused content
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior using analytics tools
- Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
- Manage agencies, vendors, and internal teams (design, content, CRM)
- Oversee website performance, landing pages, and user experience optimization
- Plan and control digital marketing budgets with a strong ROI focus
- Track competitors and market trends, especially in the real estate sector
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing
- Experience in real estate / luxury segment is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid ads, and marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools
- Experience in managing teams and external agencies
