Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Sales Manager to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads and driving customer engagement through various sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to generate sales leads.
- Maintain and update accurate customer information in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
- Utilize Excel for creating sales performance reports and analysis, providing valuable insights.
- Generate opportunities for site visits through strategic telesales activities.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients to showcase the product offerings.
- Directly conduct site visits with clients, presenting the benefits and features of the products.
- Address client inquiries and concerns during site visits to maximize sales potential.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering exceptional service.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on outbound calls, lead generation, and client management.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to handle client concerns effectively and professionally.
