EXPERIENCE: 2+YEARS IN REAL ESTATE
- Customer satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing complaints
- Customer relationships: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Service quality: Improving the quality of service and reducing complaints
- Service schedules: Adhering to service schedules
- Budget management: Reviewing and managing budgets for the after-sales service department
- Employee health and safety: Ensuring the health and safety of employees
- Product-related complaints: Coordinating with R&D and QA to resolve product-related complaints
- Field team utilization: Improving or monitoring field team utilization, efficiency, work plan, and skills
- Data analysis: Updating, monitoring, and analyzing the status of repairing activity or customer complaints
- Team management: Handling a team of people and managing the daily plan for the activity
