Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to oversee the Customer Relations Department, ensuring efficient resolution of client concerns and seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and external authorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or real estate and a commitment to enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.  
  • Address and resolve client complaints effectively, ensuring a seamless customer relation experience.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and residential associations, escalating concerns to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of after sales service requests.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.
  1. Sales Agreement Execution:
  • Assist the sales teams in executing Sales Agreements accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist the sales teams in coordinating the bank procedures, if any.
  1. Client Documentation & Correspondence Management:
  • Verify client files before accepting them from the Sales Department to ensure compliance and completeness.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate database of all client interactions and correspondence.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and facilitate the collection of outstanding dues.
  1. Sale Deed Registration & Handover Process:
  • Oversee the Sale Deed Registration process, ensuring all legal formalities are met.
  • Conduct apartment inspections and address any final issues before handover.
  • Coordinate and facilitate a smooth key handover process for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date reports on all client-related processes.
  1. RERA Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure timely updates and report submissions on the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) portal.
  • Manage all correspondence related to RERA compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction or real estate firm in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of after-sales service processes, client relations, and real estate documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, banks, and legal authorities.
  • Knowledge of RERA regulations and compliance processes is a plus.
