Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to oversee the Customer Relations Department, ensuring efficient resolution of client concerns and seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and external authorities. The ideal candidate shall preferably have experience in construction or real estate and a commitment to enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management & Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve client complaints effectively, ensuring a seamless customer relation experience.
- Conduct meetings with clients and residential associations, escalating concerns to relevant departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of after sales service requests.
- Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.Sales Agreement Execution:
- Assist the sales teams in executing Sales Agreements accurately and efficiently.
- Assist the sales teams in coordinating the bank procedures, if any.
- Verify client files before accepting them from the Sales Department to ensure compliance and completeness.
- Maintain an organized and accurate database of all client interactions and correspondence.
- Ensure timely updates and report submissions on the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) portal.
- Manage all correspondence related to RERA compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction or real estate firm in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of after-sales service processes, client relations, and real estate documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, banks, and legal authorities.
- Knowledge of RERA regulations and compliance processes is a plus.
