- Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and other methods to identify potential clients.
- Conduct property visits with prospective clients and provide them with detailed information about the property and its features.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, outlining the benefits of the property and the terms of the sale.
- Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including sales reports, client information, and sales contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate sales.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
