  • Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and other methods to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct property visits with prospective clients and provide them with detailed information about the property and its features.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales and marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, outlining the benefits of the property and the terms of the sale.
  • Ensure that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including sales reports, client information, and sales contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate sales.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
