Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through marketing activities, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers for residential, commercial, and construction projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations to convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and ensure timely conversion into bookings.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and pricing discussions with clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales and customer handover.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Confident in meeting clients and handling negotiations independently.
- Excellent sales and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of marketing activities and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Property Sales.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and direct sales is preferred.
