Presales Team –ASM
– Responsible for handling the customers’ enquiries, their follow-up, and coordination with the sales team.
– Client relationship management, handling calls, customer profiling, and database updation.
– ️Timings – Six days in a week (8:45AM to 5:30PM)
– Proficient in email and voice communication.
– Willing to work in a systematic voice process.
– A good listener with command in English.
