Presales Team –ASM
-Responsible for handling the customers’ enquiries, their follow-up, and coordination with the sales team.
-Client relationship management, handling calls, customer profiling, and database updation.
-Timings – Six days in a week (8:45AM to 5:30PM)
-Proficient in email and voice communication.
-Willing to work in a systematic voice process.
-A good listener with command in English.
-Sundays working (rotational basis)
-Office Time – 8.45 – 5.30
-Working : Monday – Saturday
